Why I built it

My background in food science and hands-on experience developing health-focused products inspired me to make clinical nutrition more accessible. Patients managing chronic conditions too often receive generic meal advice that ignores clinical thresholds.

My vision

I envision this evolving into a standard home health tool that empowers people to proactively manage their metabolic and cardiovascular wellbeing through science-backed dietary guidance.

Why I built it

My past work repurposing organic waste into consumable products showed me the incredible potential of sustainable food innovation — and how hard it is to navigate regulatory requirements.

My vision

I want this platform to become the premier resource for aspiring food tech creators to navigate regulatory frameworks and effortlessly transform food waste into viable commercial products.

Urban Bio-Transit Engine

Serverless geospatial routing for Singapore's "30 by 30" food security mandate

Why I built it

I built the Urban Bio-Transit Engine to solve the logistical bottleneck of Singapore's "30 by 30" food security mandate. My hands-on experience in food science taught me that organic waste is incredibly heavy with water, making it economically unviable to transport for upcycling. I developed this serverless, geospatial routing application to mathematically isolate "moisture penalties," optimising hawker waste collection and proving that true physical sustainability requires smart digital architecture.

My vision

My vision is to scale this manual dashboard into a fully autonomous, national Internet of Things (IoT) ecosystem. I want to integrate smart weight sensors into hawker bins that automatically trigger algorithmic truck dispatches, creating a real-time biomass heatmap of the city.
